Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the order size and destination. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We offer free shipping on orders over 400 EUR.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We offer a 30-day right of return from the date of delivery.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process a refund or exchange as applicable.
  • Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
